GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE ROOMS

1) Booking
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. The amount will not be debited when booking. Payment will be made after your stay at the hotel.

2) Modification and Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation without charge 24 hours before arrival date - beyond that point, the hotel keeps the right to charge a penalty of the amount of the first night of your stay.

3) No-show
In case of no show if no cancellation has been previously made , you will be charged one night according to the above mentioned conditions.

4) Check-in / check-out
Rooms are available from 1pm and must be left before 11am

Expenses of check of your credit card (rooms only) :your credit card is output only of € 1.9 (additional coast). No other flow will be carried out, even in the event of cancellation or of no-show. No refund can be made.These expenses will be indicated on your statement of bank under the naming: OREVE-TECHNO (technologies oreve/room-on-line), Possibly with PAYPAL, one of our partners. The debit can be almost immediate or postponed from several weeks. All invoice requests concerning fees from reservation on line must be sent to contact@room-on-line.com

The reservation can be subject to online reservation fees.
In this case, the amount is indicated under the term "reservation fee" throughout the process, as well as on your receipt of confirmation. Their payment, independent of the order, is carried out debit from your credit card, and is non-refundable. No other debit will be effected on behalf of menu-on-line or room-on-line.
