General conditions of sale (rooms only)

1. Reservation

All bookings have to be garanteed by deposit, to be confirmed.

All particular request can not be garanteed, and will be done depending the
availability on the arrival date

All rooms are for Single or Double occupancy - possible to add a BABY COT in a
few rooms.

2. We do not have family rooms - either single or double occupancy. NOT POSSIBLE
TO ADD AN EXTRA BED.

3. Amendment or cancellation

You can amend or cancel your booking till 4 days before your arrival date,
contacting directly the hotel by fax or email.
In case of cancellation 48h00 am before the date of arrival, the deposit will be taken.

4. Particular conditions

Booking more than two night is subject to particulars conditions, contact the
hotel for additional information.

5. Check-in / Check-out

- Rooms are available at 2.00 pm
Please indicate your arrival time, to make necessary if possible.
-Check-out time is 11.00 am
-If you arrive after 6:00 pm please inform us about it by telephone


The reservation can be subject to online reservation fees.
In this case, the amount is indicated under the term "reservation fee" throughout the process, as well as on your receipt of confirmation. Their payment, independent of the order, is carried out debit from your credit card, and is non-refundable. No other debit will be effected on behalf of menu-on-line or room-on-line.
