General conditions of sale (restaurant only)

There is no further action to be taken, your booking is valid the moment you reserve online.
However in case of booking for a number of persons superior or equal to 8, will be asked a guarantee by bank card.

General conditions of sale (rooms only)

1. Reservation

All bookings have to be garanteed with credit card detail (n° and valid date),
or deposit, to be confirmed.
Payment of deposit: the amount is equivalent to 50 % of the stay, or an overnight stay minimum, and is deductible at the end from the agreed stay.


All particular request can not be garanteed, and will be done depending the
availability on the arrival date

All rooms are for Single or Double occupancy - possible to add a BABY COT in a
few rooms.

2. We do not have family rooms - either single or double occupancy. NOT POSSIBLE
TO ADD AN EXTRA BED.

3. Amendment or cancellation

You can amend or cancel your booking till 15 days before your arrival date,
contacting directly the hotel by fax or email.

Past this delay, payment of the first night or of the deposit is due to the hotel, and the credit
card will be charged, a copy of the invoice will be send by mail.

- Rooms are available at 2.00 pm
The bookings are only maintained till 18 hours. In case of late arrival, please prevent us.
Please indicate your arrival time, to make necessary if possible.
-Check-out time is 12.00 am

The reservation can be subject to online reservation fees.
In this case, the amount is indicated under the term "reservation fee" throughout the process, as well as on your receipt of confirmation. Their payment, independent of the order, is carried out debit from your credit card, and is non-refundable. No other debit will be effected on behalf of menu-on-line or room-on-line.
