GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR ROOMS/TABLES

A. ROOMS:

1) All bookings have to be guaranteed with credit card details, The debit of your card is not made during the booking. The payment is made in the hotel.

2) Amendment and cancellation
Amendment or cancellation have to be made by fax or e-mail.
You may cancel without charges, before 4pm, the day prior to your arrival date
Past this delay, one night will be charged on your credit card.

3) No-show
In case of no-show and without cancellation on due time, one night will be charged on your credit card.

4) Check-in / check out
Rooms are available from 12am- The check-out time is at noon-12am

5) Tourist taxe to be paied at the desk.

B. RESTAURANT:

There is no further action to be taken, your booking is valid the moment you reserve online.

IMPORTANT:
Expenses of check of your credit card :your credit card is output only of € 2.5 (additional coast). No other flow will be carried out, even in the event of cancellation or of no-show. No refund can be made.These expenses will be indicated on your statement of bank under the naming: OREVE-TECHNO (technologies oreve/room-on-line), Possibly with PAYPAL, one of our partners. The debit can be almost immediate or postponed from several weeks. All invoice requests concerning fees from reservation on line must be sent to contact@room-on-line.com

The reservation can be subject to online reservation fees.
In this case, the amount is indicated under the term "reservation fee" throughout the process, as well as on your receipt of confirmation.
